What do the changes mean to me?

The changes in regulations affect all insurance providers of motor and home insurance. The changes for our customers mean that:

if you're already a motorbike insurance customer, your renewal price will be the same as, or lower than, an equivalent price for a new customer with the same risk profile, through the same channel.
you'll have the ability to opt out of auto-renewal at any point during your contract period.
for a customer who pays by instalments, it is now clearly stated that the cost of the insurance will be higher if you pay monthly, than if you pay annually.
