What happens if I want to cancel within 14 days?

If you are a new customer and wish to cancel your policy within the first 14 days after receiving your policy documentation Bennetts will charge you a fee of £10 and the insurer will refund a percentage of the premium calculated on a pro-rata basis equivalent to the period of cover left unused, providing no claims have been made. If a claim has been made, or there has been an incident which may lead to a claim, no refund will be given, and all premiums would be due.

Please note that all add-ons are also refunded on a pro-rata basis. The £20 arrangement fee included in your policy, is non-refundable.
